Join us for the End of the Summer Pool Pawty at Liberty Lagoon! Event Limit: 100 dogs per session All particpants must comply with the Pool Pawty rules: Please be advised that this is a dog-friendly event. Participants will encounter dogs in various conditions (i.e. wet, unleashed, etc) For the safety of everyone and every dog, all participants must show proof of Rabies & Kenal Cough (Bordetlla)Session 1: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (All dogs)

Senior Day

National Senior Citizen Day recognizes contributions seniors make in our communities. On this day, BREC will offer private swim time.

BREC’S Largest Swim Lesson

BREC’S largest Swim Lesson, was created to build awareness about the fundamental importance of teaching children to swim to prevent drowning. Swimming is a life-saving skill for children and vital tool to prevent drowning, the second leading cause of unintended, injury-related death for U.S. Children ages 1-14. Participants MUST pre-register. Registration opens April 15 .Session limit: 300 participants

Water Exploration Class: Session 2

This class teaches the beginning stages of swimming including: blowing bubbles, leg kicks, submerged face, arm actions and water safety. Class is taught in water depth of 3’6″. Session limit: 50 participants per session (MUST pre-register)
June 19-29 (Monday-Thursday)
Ages: 3-5

Make a Splash Day

Adaptive guests will be one on one with volunteers throughout the event, allowing for safe and fun involvement while keeping all sensory issues to a minimum. Participants MUST pre-register. Registration Opens April 15!

BREC’S Largest Swim Lesson

The BREC’S Largest Swim Lesson event serves as a platform to help the global aquatics industry work together to build awareness about the fundamental importance of teaching children to swim to prevent drowning. Swimming is a life-saving skill for children and a vital tool to prevent drowning, the second leading cause of unintended, injury-related death for U.S. children ages 1-14. Research shows risk of drowning can be reduced by 88 percent if children participate in formal swimming lessons between the ages of 1-4.
